Who reads Africanskd
Africanskd is read by people who work with or support young people across Africa: youth workers, teachers, vocational trainers, arts organizations, nonprofit leaders, researchers, volunteers, donors and diaspora communities. We’re a new publication, so we won’t quote audience figures we can’t back up. Ask when you get in touch and we’ll share what our analytics actually show.
Ad formats
- Leaderboard, 728×90. Under the navigation and between article sections. Shrinks to fit on phones.
- Medium rectangle, 300×250. In sidebars, on the homepage and inside longer articles.
- Skyscraper, 160×600. A sticky sidebar slot on larger screens.
- Sponsored articles. Labelled “Sponsored” at the top, written to our editorial standards and never dressed up as independent reporting.
What we accept
Education and training providers, youth-serving organizations, arts and culture events, fair employers and brands with something useful for our readers. We don’t run ads that use images of children in distress, trade on hardship to raise money, or promote gambling, alcohol or predatory lending. We also turn down claims we can’t check.
Editorial independence
Advertisers don’t choose, review or edit our stories. Our writers decide what we cover, and ads are always marked as advertising. Legal pages carry no ads at all.
